Hailing from Red Willow and Les Collines Vineyards, the cool 2022 growing season brought concentration, structure, and depth to this often-overlooked variety. Bold and serious in the best way, it’s smooth and velvety with a touch of swagger. With quiet confidence and the ability to age gracefully for seven to ten years, this is Merlot with something to prove—and the substance to back it up.

This firmly structured merlot could pass for a cabernet sauvignon, with just slightly less tannin and more red-fruit flavors. It’s well balanced, moderately tannic, feeling firm and appetizing. Offering bracing red cherry, strawberry and creme de cassis on the palate. Drink or hold.

Les Collines Vineyard, Walla Walla Valley

If you know, you know. Sourced from Les Collines Vineyard, this Syrah captures everything we love about Walla Walla—bold, packed with concentrated fruit, and still delightfully true to its roots. Harvested a touch earlier to preserve freshness and balance, it stays light on its feet while delivering plenty of depth and character. Sophisticated enough to command respect, yet grounded enough to enjoy any day of the week.

A big, square-shouldered red that wraps firm tannins around dark plum and blackberry flavors. Tight in texture due to full tannins that squeeze the black fruit flavors firmly. Drink or hold.

Les Collines Vineyard, Walla Walla Valley

"Igen" – the Hungarian word for "Yes" – was at the heart of our wedding and a promise we made over two decades ago at a centuries-old castle in Hungary, surrounded by friends and family.

To commemorate that unforgettable day, Sandor crafted a sparkling wine for our 20th anniversary—a heartfelt gesture that has since become a cherished tradition.

This Blanc de Franc continues that tradition – crafted from early-harvested Cabernet Franc grapes from the distinguished Les Collines Vineyard.

Red Willow Vineyard, Yakima Valley

Named for the early date nights when Lemberger was our go-to wine, Rendezvous is bright, playful, and easy to love. Tart cherry, cranberry, and a touch of cinnamon spice lead into a lively palate with fresh acidity and soft tannins. Sourced from Red Willow Vineyard and aged in Hungarian oak, this Lemberger remains true to its Hungarian roots—vibrant, food-friendly, and effortlessly versatile. Equally at home beside a candlelit dinner or a picnic blanket, this is a red you'll want to see again.

Lonesome Spring Ranch Yakima Valley 

An exhale at the summit. Refreshing, bright, and alive with citrus, stone fruit, and lingering minerality, this Sauvignon Blanc evokes fresh alpine air and wide-open spaces. Fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel, oak, and acacia, it balances vibrant acidity with surprising texture and depth. Crisp, expansive, and full of energy, it encourages you to take a deep breath, take in the view, and slowly exhale.

This medium-bodied wine tastes quite crisp, tangy and laced with mineral and earth flavors. It shows not so much fruit flavor but chalk, dried herb and crushed stone nuances. Austere in style. Drink now.

Refreshingly light, bright, and crisp with high acidity and medium body. Vibrant flavors of lime, grapefruit, pear, peach, cantaloupe and gooseberry followed by a lingering minerality. Fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak.

Washington Merlot is distinctive from any other Merlot. It is big, warm, bold, and fruity combined with powerful, but soft, round tannins. Sourced from Red Willow and Les Collines Vineyard, this Merlot is aged for 18 months in Hungarian and French oak barrels. It’s time to bring back the reputation of this variety, and I am sure Washington Merlot will do it!

A ripe and dark-fruited red showing aromas of black cherries, black plums, dark chocolate and tobacco. Full-bodied, dense and polished, if straightforward. Drink now or in the next few years.

Les Collines Vineyard, Walla Walla

Les Collines Vineyard has several great varietals, but their Syrah is definitely one of our favorites. Dark crimson in color with concentrated dark fruit notes playing off hints of minerality, this wine ends in a delicious, big, spicy, smoky, herbaceous finish. Full bodied with soft tannins and a finish as powerful as the person it was named after. It’s gangster!

Robust yet smoothly structured, this Syrah from Les Collines Vineyard is deeply concentrated, with earthy-tinged blueberry and boysenberry framed by umami details of cured black olive, coffee bean, pink and green peppercorn, savory dried herbs and mesquite. The elements meld in unison on the bold, spice-filled finish, throttled with underlying power.
