"Igen" – the Hungarian word for "Yes" – was at the heart of our wedding and a promise we made over two decades ago at a centuries-old castle in Hungary, surrounded by friends and family.

To commemorate that unforgettable day, Sandor crafted a sparkling wine for our 20th anniversary—a heartfelt gesture that has since become a cherished tradition.

This Blanc de Franc continues that tradition – crafted from early-harvested Cabernet Franc grapes from the distinguished Les Collines Vineyard.  

Elegant and refreshing, each glass is an invitation to celebrate – whether you're toasting to love, joy, or all the beautiful moments that begin with "Yes!"

Red Willow Vineyard

Yakima Valley

Tannat is known for its deep, inky color, firm tannins, and

high acidity—and this rare Tannat from Washington is

no exception. Sourced from Red Willow Vineyard, this

full-bodied wine opens with bold dark fruit notes of

blackberry, plum, and black currant, complemented by

hints of licorice, black tea, and violets. Bold, savory, and

structured, this Tannat has excellent aging potential.

Lonesome Spring Ranch Yakima Valley 

Refreshingly light, bright, and vibrant with crisp acidity and medium body. Flavors of lime, grapefruit, pineapple, and peach delight the palate followed by a fresh, lively mouthfeel and lingering minerality. Fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel, new oak, acacia, and neutral oak, this wine offers a wide palate and elegant, textured layers.

Lonesome Spring Ranch Yakima Valley 

Refreshingly light, bright, and crisp with high acidity and medium body. Vibrant flavors of lime, grapefruit, pear, peach, cantaloupe and gooseberry followed by a lingering minerality. Fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak.

Les Collines Vineyard has several great varietals, but their Syrah is definitely one of our favorites. Dark crimson in color with concentrated dark fruit notes playing off hints of minerality, this wine ends in a delicious, big, spicy, smoky, herbaceous finish. Full bodied with soft tannins and a finish as powerful as the person it was named after. It’s gangster!

Columbia Valley 

Cabernet Franc 55 %, Syrah 26%, Merlot 19%

This blend of barrel selected Cab Franc, Syrah, and Merlot all come together to make a unique blend that I did “my way”. The three varietals in this untypical blend lead with notes of dark cherry, leather, and tobacco and end with a very deep, smooth, and round finish.

Columbia Valley 

Washington Merlot is distinctive from any other Merlot. It is big, warm, bold, and fruity combined with powerful, but soft, round tannins. Sourced from Red Willow and Les Collines Vineyard, this Merlot is aged for 18 months in Hungarian and French oak barrels. It’s time to bring back the reputation of this variety, and I am sure Washington Merlot will do it!

Robust yet smoothly structured, this Syrah from Les Collines Vineyard is deeply concentrated, with earthy-tinged blueberry and boysenberry framed by umami details of cured black olive, coffee bean, pink and green peppercorn, savory dried herbs and mesquite. The elements meld in unison on the bold, spice-filled finish, throttled with underlying power.
